What we collect
When you submit the estimate form on this site we collect the information you type in: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and the project details you describe. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a measurement, prepare a quote and perform the work you've asked us to do. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties.
Who can see it
Your details are visible to FINJ FLOORING LLC staff who need them to respond to your request. If a form is processed through a third-party service (for example a form-handling provider), that provider processes the submission on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Any such data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.
Retention
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, then delete them.
